My support worker has been so helpful.
She has given me new tools to deal with my mental health problems that I'm finding useful.
She also really understands things more so than any other and find her very sincere I trust her, something I have found to be very hard to do in the mental health team.

The only good thing about my care has been Amber Roughton.
She has listened to me has empathy and seems very caring. Amber has been the only one who has got me through this awful experience.
