You never keep in regular touch with me any more. I have rubg your team when desperate, but feel that I am taking up your time. I ring the cats line instead but they are often busy. I have had 2 major psychological episodes recently esp during covid. There was no one to help but my husband and taking diazapam. I feel ie been forgotten. I'm old now and not important. If I feel suicidal I go on Facebook. I'm pathetic. And been left alone

I feel the team have been brilliant at helping me through the year after the birth of my third child and have been very supportive and helpful trying to get me back to a positive mental health, and questions I had were answered and I especially feel the having the same physiatrist each appointment helped a great deal.
After they initial assessment - that had to be repeated 4 times to different people until it finally landed at there correct person’s desk - I have had absolutely NO contact from the care team at all. Considering the issue and problems with which I have been having to deal with on a daily basis I find the complete lack of care to be appalling. This direct give me any confidence for the future - be that either actually receiving any care or that I may have taken my own life whilst waiting for months and months, years and years...

We are currently working through our waiting lists for outpatient appointments. Service users can utilise our duty system for telephone support.
