No real information hospital while he was there ar whrn he come home - decisions on he's care needs no - discussed with me - he's mentally not good - he forgets, if he is told anything - this is being followed up with homely assistants.

Suggested improvements
Explainred what thngs he's might be thorough because of brain injury. We did not know what to expect or what needed to be assessed by medical staff./nIn general everyone has been wonderful - especially with the ongoing pandemic problems.
