I received treatment from both Charlotte & James they were both excellent in the understanding of my pain. For years I have suffered with knee pain which was never taken serious enough by the doctors to X-ray them. James was the first person to listen to me for a long time. He gave me guidance & support every time I spoke to him. And I feel happy with the exercises I’ve been left with to help with my future. Thank you again Charlotte & James
