I didn’t need any culture needs addressing

Communication with doctor and receptionist as when I attended they said the doctor was off sick but I wasn’t told, then I left the building and the doctor rang me to say no she wasn’t off she was in the building so I had to come bk For appointment after I had been told the doctor wasn’t in
