I am extremely disappointed by the service. I have been in serious crisis for quite sometime and I have never had any treatment for over a decade. The last meeting has gone nowhere which was undertaken months ago. I am certain the lackadaisical, haphazard and frankly terrible level of care is deliberate and encouraging people like me to commit suicide in order to get me “out of the system.” The helpline is absolutely awful and no practical help is offered. I cannot convey strongly enough as to how poor the service is.

Suggested improvements
I can’t think of anything that has been done well. The whole system needs restarting, it is absolutely awful. To be honest I have gotten sick to death of asking for help and getting absolutely nothing in return and no return calls, no updates, just absolutely nothing. I’ll take my own advice I think and remove myself permanently from being and “issue.”
