Was told my prescription was ready to collect anytime after my phone call on 19/01/2023. Turned up an hour or so later during work hours and it wasn’t leading to a wait while the admin team chased for it. Was kept updated by the admin team during my wait which was good and felt like it was being sorted out fine.
