I was doubtful at first to be receiving physio over the phone, it seemed so strange, but with patience and diagrams, sent by e mail and hard copies by post, slowly, slowly I have noticed an improvement. That means less painful knees and being able to do more, even standing in queues doesn’t hurt so much if at all. So thank you Vicky for your patience, knowledge and encouragement, I couldn’t have done this on my own, as I needed the push to get started. I don’t think in my case you could have improved anything to get me moving again without the pain I was originally experiencing, so thank you, thank you so much. Gratefully yours Linda Murray
