All staff are very helpful their are times in the morning when you have to wait for bell to be answered food is good & they will always make you something else if you want; usually supper. I like the evening tea round because they make me Horlicks
I am in no hurry to go home I am very pleased with care

Thank you for your feedback. We are planning to undertake some additional auditing on response times to patient call bells to help determine if they are periods when it is more difficult for staff to provide a timely response to patients requesting assistance.
