I gave these answers as I always get respected by all staff at cmht...they do their best for me and that goes above and beyond making my life better...

Suggested improvements
Um only, constructive,ly Plz can we all communicate by phone even if email,s are sent in the team, as whilst I accept emails need to be used, just sometimes, directly asking someone or using a phone needs to happen due to the nature of request or that the email recipient might not see it in time or not be working maybe....

Apologies that you did not have a response in a timely manner. We do try to use various forms of communication which include the phone to reach service users. Thanks for your feedback.
