My telephone appointment was with Michael. He regally asks if I understood what he was saying, he gave clear instructions on how to do the exercises and booked my next appointment. It may seem strange but to have my next appointment sorted is a big thing because at the moment it takes so long to book an appointment.

The only things that could have been better are a face to face appointment and not having to wait so long to get the appointment. Both of these are out of the hands of Michael.
