The staff have looked after me very well and have shown kindness and compassion. The decisions about my medical needs have not been discussed with me.

Suggested improvements
Tell the patient about their treatment regime, tell them of any results of tests that they take be it positive or negative and keep them informed about any changes to medication that are being considered.
