i I first saw injury team shortly after my cardiac arrest last year. As I was on extended sick leave, I asked to delay any action until I returned to work. This was delayed and I was released by the team on the understanding that I could contact them again if necessary. This I did after returning to work and discovering I did have problems. I was very pleased to be immediately given a new appointment and my problem assessed.
