The staff at beechwood have been very kind to me and have treated me well, they all respect me but do not know my religion (Q 10). I do not think there is anything to improve on. Written by HCA in patients words. PS. Got more physio at hazelwood than here, it seemed like.

Response from Isebrook Hospital

Thank you for your review. On admission to our ward the nurses ask if you wish for us to know and support your religion and we try and accommodate any wishes or customs you choose; (for example we have previously changed a bedroom furniture around to enable a patient to pray from their bed), I am sorry if you feel this did not happen in your experience; I will discuss your feedback at our next ward meeting. I cannot comment regarding the amount of physiotherapy you received in comparison with Hazelwood ward; we discuss your rehabilitation plan with you at your Goal Set Meeting and the therapist inform you of any changes as you progress; we are happy to provide feedback and updates whenever you request them.
