Having had to ring up multiple times to chase what is going on with my treatment I just feel let down, unsupported and completely clueless as to what is happening. I wanted my diagnosis for peace of mind and understanding of my issues. I feel worse off and more stressed as I have had to continually chase or correct what has been done.

Be more informative. Follow up processes with confirmation as to not leave people guessing. Listen and don’t patronise patients when they are trying to inform something is incorrect with their treatment.
