Dr [name removed] gave excellent care yesterday. She listened well and offered her balanced and objective opinion and advice. She was honest about the limitations of her expertise and referred onwards accordingly. She respected preference for non-medication form of treatment. She respected family contributions and included everyone in conversations. She recognised a learning opportunity for a colleague and sought permission before inviting them into the room. They were respectfully included in the the consultation and were enabled to contribute in a positive way. Dr [name removed] summarised clearly and provided signposting. The consultation was brought forward and was not rushed; all in all it was a positive experience all round. Thank you Dr [name removed] and your GP-training colleague for your time and support.
