The sessions were made very enjoyable by the staff. Each session allowed me and the physio to judge my progress. Initially I was not keen to join the classes but I'm so glad I did - in fact I ended up enjoying them. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help in getting my mobility so good after a total hip replacement. Plan to be back on the tennis court next month! I would recommend the physio service to everyone who needs to recover their mobility and hence their quality of life.
