The location within the hospital was not easy to find and lacked adequate signage.
The nurse, Julie that I saw was very good.
At no point was I asked about my spiritual/faith needs.
At no point was I asked about my culture.
Suggested improvements
As mentionned above, the signage to the department could have been better once inside the hospital.
