Million kept in touch through out and helped our whole family with counselling, the process of what was to come and if the outcome was not great what would happen. She was honest with everything and supported us greatly even if it was just for a chat if things were running through my head as a parent.

Excellent service at Highfields.
James was very patient and supportive. The pain I was suffering in my shoulder was becoming very debilitating and I really feared that it would never get better.
