The lady I spoke to was very easy to talk to, especially during these “Covid times”.....felt I could ask questions about treatment, always made you feel at ease.

I was totally satisfied with the service and help I received at such a difficult time with covid.
My physiotherapist was extremely helpful and described the exercises I needed to do very well. She sent via email the exercises I needed to do and rang mr just when she said she would. I found the whole experience totally satisfactory.

James asked lots of questions & was very thorough. I have already started the exercises he sent me via email hoping for a positive result.
Suggested improvements
A physical appointment would be preferable. In the present circumstances I understand the necessity of a telephone appointment.

My physio, James Bell, provided me with very detailed exercises and also gradually over the course of 4 weeks gave me harder tasks to help me recover with weekly calls too. He was extremely helpful and I’m feeling back to full fitness, can’t thank him enough.
