It was a difficult time for me and felt very uneasy, but the staff,i.e. doctor Rowan and Millie (and the team) made me feel safe, comfortable and protected, so thank you so much.

All I know is I don’t know where I would be now without the care I had. It has changed the way I think about all things in all areas in my life (past, present and future). The only silver lining in this the care I received form Kay. Absolutely outstanding and I am very grateful for the care I received from Serenity and the police. I can’t not express enough the great work, care, knowledge, support that I received. Just thank you

I felt listened to, although I wasn't a straight forward case! However, the exercises have taken away about 98% of the problem. Still the odd twinge, but nothing like what I had. Thank you
