I was seen very quickly in the practice, I was given a full assessment and support with exercises. Due to Covid I then went onto have telephone consultations with which were extremely helpful especially due to the circumstances I’ve been working under. Thank you for all of your help.

On first hearing that I would have a telephone physio consultation, I couldn't imagine how that could be achieved for physio but I was pleasantly surprised! I worried that I would not be able to describe how I felt or my concerns but the questions the physio asked were very good and I felt very comfortable answering them. The physio described the movements and exercises very well and I was able to understand exactly what I was required to do. I very much enjoyed the consultation and did not feel in any way that I was missing out not having an actual physical appointment.

Due to the current pandemic this was a telephone appointment. I was asked to explain exactly what's happened etc. The physio I spoke to listened & was very helpful & understanding. Exercises were sent via email & physio also explained that a resistence band will be sent out. All in all excellent care & service.

I rang for a physio consultation and got one the following week which I thought was really good service. John called on time at 11am he asked lots of relevant questions and had a copy of my x-ray on hand to discuss with me. We discussed a strengthening plan and he emailed it to me within half an hour. We have a follow up call in 5 weeks to see how I’m doing. So far I feel this is excellent service!

I was very satisfied with my care and the treatment that i received. I would like to thank James bell for the concern that he showed me for the tremor that i have in my left arm and leg, his referral to my GP led to an appointment at Neurology and a diagnosis.I am now being treated for Parkinsons.
