The Physiotherapist understood my need for a face 2 face appointment due to having hearing loss. She took her mask Off so that I could lip read her at my appointment. She was knowledgeable l, had empathy and took time to explain things to me. She made it feel as though it mattered that I felt confident with my treatment plan and understood my condition. She explained fully using a model to demonstrate exactly the problem I have with my knee. I could not have asked for a better consultation

I was having lower back and hip pains to which James was very sympathetic and understanding of my problems. he was very knowledgeable and soon came up with a program of exercises for me to do at home. As the weeks went on I could feel myself getting fitter and less pain. Thank you so much James you have been a great help.

In view of covid and lockdown the dietician was unable to visit. This would have been of huge benefit in the beginning. Maybe the facility of Zoom or similar would also have been beneficial.
