The lady gave good advice, was extremely helpful, helped me do exercises that would help my knee, gave me lists of exercises to do. Showed me other ways to do exercises.

Good for focusing on the difficult identification of core muscle recruitment - never explained in 9 years of back pain. I would like to have my own pain was, where and why - each of us have different stories.

James was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I came into physio with just 5° of movement in my knee and now, 1 year on have 115° I am very grateful and satisfied with the level of care I have received.
