I had telephone consultations for physiotherapy which worked really well. I was emailed exercises and regularly rung for progress. I felt the consultant went into my general health and family history very well to assess treatment and progress and reassured me on some family health issues which had concerned me. I'm very glad to have taken up the offer of the consultations

Although it was weird having phone consultations it was great to have someone who really listened to what you were saying. It was great to be treated holistically so that genetic health conditions were discussed to see if they had any bearing on the condition and treatment. I would I highly recommend this service.

It was great to feel that I was being listened to an the correct treatment was being provided. I found my physiotherapist to be very knowledgable, highlighting possible additional problems to my pain and causes of it. She took time to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly and getting the most benefit from them. She was always concerned about my general health as well as my knee problem and when I contracted the COVID virus and struggled to gain my strength she was very supportive and understanding.
