I enjoyed learning different exercises and felt more comfort knowing I was not going to break.
The talks at the end of each session could be improved. I do not believe their some people do not have chronic pain.
This would depend on a persons medical problems.

Great care was taken to listen to my problems and Ibrahim kept persevering with me and encouraged me when I was in pain. I followed through with his instructions and am now pain free re my foot and ankle.

Gracy was so patient and very good at showing me exercises and how to complete then. The whole process has changed completely my confidence in managing pain and made me feel so much better.
As started Gracy was really fantastic in helping me get a "looking" to help me manage much better.
