The exercises were too simple to start with last were soon modified to make them relative to my needs week by week I could see the improvements which gradually got me to the point of discharge today.
I have noted that I must continue to carry on with strengthening exercises.

Came in with very shift neck, the work the piston has done, is a great relief with the exercises.
