I seen James and was very good he asked me all the right questions and gave me good advise on the exercises and how long it should take to recover.

The physio looked over other parts of my body, not just the area I had injuries.
I was also recommended different exercises than I had been given by a previous physio.

I have never been to physiotherapy before, or anything similar so did not know what to expect! James explained everything and put me at ease. I found him to be funny, understanding and really genuinely interested in diagnosing me and finding the best cause of action. I wound highly recommend James and this service.

Fantastic- very personalized. Identified the cause of my problem and was able to give lots of practical advice. Very nice practitioner- Kelvin? I was treated with courtesy and given plenty of time.

Kay has honestly been so amazing and has been there for me through difficult times. I wouldn’t know where I would be today if it hadn’t been for her sessions and her show of care and support for me. Kay listened to all my issues and fears and responded to them with uplifting words which I still live by today. Kay went above and beyond her duties by helping me with my academic struggles also. I am so thankful for serenity and for Kay for helping me get my confidence back and for helping me not blame myself for the situation that occurred. I couldn’t recommend these services enough. I will forever be grateful that I was given the opportunity to receive such great care.
