Felt listened to and not “just another patient” to hurry along. Appropriate help and advice which felt very personal (in a good way) and not just the exercises, but other avenues and resources to try, such as the Pain Toolkit. Having been on the ‘Medical Merry-go-Round’ and stopping here for a while before getting back on again, it saved me from sliding into a deep depression, apart from giving me physical/practical benefits. The interactive exercise programme was motivational.

Suggested improvements
It felt like a shock to be discharged from your service, so it would have been better had I have felt more prepared. The next steps to take were a little confusing - the order of events. It would have been good to have been given some idea of the waiting list times for the follow-on next stage to the physiotherapy, or if that wasn’t possible at all, to know how I could have found out for myself.
