We are pleased to hear that the appointment went very well and you were very happy with our service are sorry that you felt the wait was too long for the first appointment. The specialist Paediatric Dietitians clinically triage every referral received and any urgent referrals are booked into the earliest appointment and we also add additional slots onto existing clinics to increase capacity when needed. Our admin staff have a cancellation list so that if we do get a cancellation our admin team contact patients to book and earlier appointment.
