She had a lot of really great advice and was very informative. She did not make me feel like I was crazy or alone on how I felt.
Suggested improvements
I understand the point of our sessions was emotional support but I felt like I needed a bit more mental health specific information as I feel like I’ve been left undiagnosed with something.

Thanks for the feedback, the ISVA provision is to provide emotional support around the incident of referral. Mental health diagnosis are not discussed as part of the ISVA remit, if this was mentioned by you during a session we would signposted accordingly. It might be worth visiting your GP if you need further support.
