The care I received was totally professionally and comprehensively delivered in a friendly way. As far as the last 2 questions are concerned as I am categorised as White British I would not have expected these to be an issue and they weren't.
Suggested improvements
If computer access to the x-ray reports at NGH had been available it would have allowed the practitioner to make a more detailed assessment of the problem.

many thanks for your positive feed back . We really appreciate all feed back and the time taken . We only very occasionally have an issue with Xray but this is not normally a problem for us.
