My care started off bad, but once I was under the care of Dakita everything has been much better. She took care of me well.
Suggested improvements
The young man I saw in the beginning needed to have followed the surgery instruction.

You're absolutely right, post operative instructions should be followed unless there is a clinical reason for this not to be the case. It sounds as though the initial therapist identified that your presentation required a more expert eye as Dakshika is our services professional lead.
