I had suffered from neck and shoulder pain for 5-6 years. I tried a number of options including private treatment. Nothing had worked. I was getting extreme headaches which where very worrying. Following my first visit, things began to improve. The headaches were the first improvement. Over the following months I have had a number of exercises which have all improved the condition. I am now going to continue to maintain this with daily exercises and need no more help.
