I received the best possible care and attention. Due to the Covid pandemic my physio was carried out over the phone. The therapist was always on time and fully explained all the way through my treatment. The therapist was friendly and polite, I felt reassured that the treatment I received was the best for me. The therapist always asked how I was feeling at the start of each week and listened when I had concerns about my knee. I received excellent care and treatment and was treated with respect. Nothing seemed to much trouble and she gave me other options for the future now the physio has ended.
