Ed was absolutely brilliant, listened to what I was saying and gave me some great advice, put together a plan of action and told me I could get another appointment if I was still having problems in the future.

Suggested improvements
I was happy with the service I received and understand due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t have a face to face appointment but would have preferred one so my knee could have been looked at rather than me just describing it

Thank you for your feedback. Current restrictions mean that the first appointment is by telephone, following which face to face follow-up is offered if clinically appropriate. I am sorry if this did not happen in your case.
