All contact was over the phone and email due to COVID-19. Within 5 mins of speaking to the GP, initial contact was made, I was then referred through to the team and they contacted me a couple of hours later. James Bell the physiotherapist was extremely understanding of the issue I had. He was very clear in his instructions and sent me emails with pictures and videos of the exercises I needed to do. James kept in regular contact, he always listened to what I had to say and was very patient with me at all times. Superb service from all involved.
