I found James Bell to be very approachable and knowledgeable. He did not talk down to me and discussed blood test results and x ray results and was able to explain changes to the joints. He explained clearly the exercises to improve mobility and pain relief in my hands which are becoming very disabling. I am concerned that the joints in my body are also painful. James has suggested referral and injections. He gives me confidence that there will be an improvement.

Concerned that by the time my fast track appointment (6 weeks if possible!) is made, my hands /body will be even more stiff and painful. NB. To be fair, it has taken almost a year to get this far but I understand our wonderful NHS can't perform miracles.
