I had a physiotherapy appointment at Highfield. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and I only had a short wait before seeing the physio. She conducted an assessment of my problem, talked me through the prognosis and exercises I could do to help and explained everything very clearly. Holly was professional, respectful and patently very good at her job. All-in-all this was a very good experience.
