Sorry to hear this, efforts are being made to reduce the waiting list such as bank staff, cancellation lists and increased support from support staff Appointments are triaged on the information we receive on the referral and patients are offered other sites when waiting lists are high. Other sites in the county have much shorter waiting lists.
