Thank you for your feedback. It's important that you feel that the exercises have been explained clearly so that you can complete them without any hesitation. We've recently invested in a new exercise programme which allows the therapist to monitor and review your exercises remotely which we think is a great addition to the services treatment options. If you are ever unsure of your exercises please don't hesitate to get in touch we'd be happy to go over them.
