The support I got was really necessary for me and really helped. Although we only met a few times, they were all really valuable sessions, I wasn't pressured to speak at all, rather to know that I wasn't alone. Very professional but very compassionate.

Suggested improvements
Whilst the support I got was really necessary and helpful, I feel like I have some unresolved or unidentifiable mental issues, it might of been worth discussing that and pointing out where I could've gotten that checked out.

Thanks for the feedback, the ISVA provision is to provide emotional support around the incident of referral. Mental health diagnosis are not discussed as part of the ISVA remit, if this was mentioned by the client during a session we would signposted accordingly. If you need mental health support, please discuss with your GP who will make the necessary referrals.
