Felt like a computerised consultation. I did not feel comfortable, it was rushed, impersonal, and I could have received the same output from an automated form. I don’t feel the Dietitian understood my issues or the support I was looking for. What a waste of time. Need to use more empathic people / people oriented dietitian's to consult with patients that feel low before the conversation even begins!

I am really sorry you feel like this and it is very disappointing to read. Our staff are trained to adapt their behaviour and communication to each person. We did have a number of comments from patients who had been spoken to by a locum dietician who has now left the service. Please recontact the service if you need further help.
