At the time, I did not want to talk about how I felt and I dismissed my feelings. I was back and an so grateful that I was able to. I spoke about how I felt honestly and I felt truly listened to.

Suggested improvements
More resources for condolence have myself lots was centered around children.

We are unsure about what you mean, sorry. If a young person attends we will discuss about referrals for support including the family/ carers.
