[name removed] called me today for my initial over the phone consultation, he was very informative, took the time to listen to my health concerns and discussed the plan going forward with possible treatment I may require including a face to face appointment with physio therapist which I received confirmation of on the same day. Also I was happily and surprised how quickly I have been contacted since attended my GP appointment.
