Support has been received over the past year following discharge from hospital from Fiona Deller and Jackie Coombes based with the Nutrition and Dietetic department. They have always responded promptly to any concerns or queries; always acted sensitively and respectfully in the patients home and have great empathy in respect of patients dignity. Both Fiona and Jackie go above and beyond. As a family we are very grateful for the support they have offered and wish for this to be made known to their seniors and themselves. Thank you to Jackie and Fiona for helping to make a difficult situation more manageable.
