All of the staff, especially the rheumatology nurse, I think she was called Vickie and the phlebotomist were extremely kind, caring and showed empathy. I short they were lovely and a credit to the hospital and NHS.
All staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much for anyone.
Just a good hospital where you feel like a person not a number.
It was very good.
All staff were so pleasant. Made me feel less anxious lovely cuppa afterwards.
Excellent staff, kind, patient and caring. Took time to ensure you were at ease.
All of the process from initial review, text messages that were informative, follow up calls before operation. On the day I was made to feel comfortable, the process was suicide.
Everyone on the ward, was kind, informed me of what was happening caring and really really excellent at making sure was comfortable after surgery.
