Having phones for 2 days to get an appointment, went by car to reception face to face. No one waiting in department when they could have given me the blood test but was given an appointment in 2 weeks time!
Suggested improvements
Given the blood test as no one waiting in department. Lady in general reception very helpful. (OPD - Goole).
