Wait times very long - unnecessarily. Not informed of what was going on some of the time. Bloods not taken before discharge and was anaemic. Very ill after I left (but not discharged from midwifery care), rang unit and was told to see GP - they would not see me again - I had had an emergency C-section. Community midwife did not call when they said they would Community midwife did not turn up on day 1 at home and was called and asked to go back into hospital as it was ‘easier for them’ I was phoned the following day by a health care assistant who started the call by asking ‘are you the one with the jaundice baby’ Was discharged before I had seen the infant feeding team and had to go back to see them as had problems feeding.
