I was seen quickly but didn’t feel I was really listened to considering what was written & repeated back to me by the radiographer was incorrect. Someone in scrubs kept coming out & gossiping with the receptionist which I felt was unprofessional & from the waiting room you can also hear raucous laughter coming from the treatment area which suggests your treatment is not as important to the staff as a private conversation.

Seeing the patients before having non work related conversations would provide a more professional & timely service.
